An urgent message concerning the registration for World Youth Day!

The registration for World Youth Day will start soon, namely on the 26th of July. There is a possibility that young people from our communities where we are involved could be accommodated at the families from our decanate (Cracow-Podgórze). Otherwise they will be allocated according to their language groups which can be located far from the city centre. It may take even 60 minutes to get to the centre. Therefore, it is likely that these groups will not be able to take part in all the events during World Youth Day.
Dear confrere, If you want the young people from your group to be accommodated at our decanate, please do not register your group via the website of WYD but do it as quickly as it is possible using the following form: http://krakow2016.redemptor.pl/sample-page/participation-form/ This refers to those who have chosen the pilgrim set with accommodation.
The WYD organizers oblige us to submit the number of people connected with us (from all language groups and countries where we are present) who wants to be accommodated in the way that I have presented above.
Further pieces of information concerning formal issues (e.g. choosing pilgrim sets or necessary pilgrims’ personal details etc.) will be sent soon.
I hope that we will manage to gather the information as quickly as it is possible and we will be able to submit it to the WDY organizers.
