12-15 April: Seminar for Formators and Masters of Novices led by the General Secretariat for Formation including the Visit to Alphonsian Places

Kindest greetings from the Secretariat for Formation.
We ask your attention to this communication and thank to forward as soon as possible to all the possible interested and specially to the Masters and Assistants of Novitiates. Any other Formators are welcome as well.
Fr. R. Conrad Sciberras, msssp, from the Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life (CIVCSVA Vatican ) send us a communication which basically states:
1. That they are implementing a Meeting for Religious Formators in Rome, from 8 to 11 April 2015 as part of the official calendar of the Year for Consecrated Life.
2. That they ask to all General Superiors how many Redemptorist Formators will participate, as well as from other institutes, to establish logistics and methodology of the meeting.
3. That this information is requested to let know to CIVCSVA Vatican before next January 15.

We, as Redemptorist Congregation and realizing how narrow is the time, prefer to centralize all the information on the General Secretariat for Formation and suggest especially the participation of Novice Masters and / or Assistants of Novitiate. After the meeting sponsored by the Congregation for Religious we prepare and offer short and intense seminar led by the General Secretariat for Formamation for Novice Masters and Assistants and open to other Formators. This seminar includes the visit of the Alphonsian places and the presentation of the Proposal of the General Government Basic Program (Core Curriculum) for the Novitiate. The seminar will take place in Italy from 12 to 15 April 2015

IMPORTANT
Please send information of the number of participants and if possible the names and e-mail address to the General Secretariat for Formation and specifically to Luis Alberto Roballo before next January 10th . Our Secretariat will report to CIVCSVA Vatican to ensure the participation places to the meeting and to manage the possible migratory formalities and the preparation of the Seminar for Redemptorist Formators.
Attached is the letter received from the CIVCSVA Vatican, originally dated 9 December. Do not send response to the Vatican but to the General Secretariat for Formation.
